This year's trip offers you and your guest a getaway to the sugary white sand beaches of Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, June 11–15, 2026, at Paradisus Palma Real Golf & Spa Resort. Experience the Caribbean at its best at this exclusive luxury resort on beautiful Playa Bávaro. An elegant colonial‑style property with Dominican‑inspired décor, this 5‑star hotel offers comfort in its exclusive suites, many with direct pool access or beautiful ocean views. 

Your Toshiba President's Club trip includes:

Important Note: All attendees are required to present a valid passport when traveling to the Dominican Republic. Your passport must be valid for six months past the date of departure from the Dominican Republic.

Just a short 25‑minute transfer from Punta Cana International Airport, you'll arrive at a lush tropical paradise. Relax beachside or poolside, and enjoy diverse culinary experiences, fitness classes, wellness activities, and water sports throughout your stay. 

 

 

ELIGIBILITY AND TAX RESPONSIBILITY

Eligibility 
The President of each region is responsible for identifying qualification criteria for the program within their region and communicating the criteria to eligible employees. The contest period must end by March 31, 2026. 

Attendees and guests must be 21 years of age or older. 

Winners must be employed by Toshiba America Business Solutions at the time of the trip. 

Resale of President's Club Package 
Attendees must attend the 2026 President's Club trip during June 11–15, 2026, or forfeit the package. 

Each attendee will receive one trip package for the eligible employee and one guest age 21 or older. The trip package is non‑transferable and may not be given to another employee or substituted for other travel, cash, or compensation. There is no reimbursement for those who qualify but are unable to attend. 

Tax Responsibility 
All state and federal taxes are the responsibility of the 2026 President's Club winner and will be reflected in your W‑2. 

TRAVEL

Passport Information 
Foreign visitors entering the Dominican Republic as tourists must meet the following requirements: 

  1. Passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond June 15, 2026. 
  2. Confirmed round‑trip airline ticket. 
  3. A permanent address in the Dominican Republic (use the hotel address below).

If you do not currently have a valid passport, please visit the U.S. Department of State website for processing information. Passport processing can take six weeks or more, so plan accordingly. 
  
E‑Tickets 
All foreign passengers entering or departing the Dominican Republic must complete the free electronic entry and exit form at: https://eticket.migracion.gob.do Forms may be completed on your computer or mobile device once flight information is available, even weeks in advance. Please complete the form several days prior to departure.

Once completed, you'll receive a QR code for entry and exit. You may print it, take a screenshot, or access it through your E‑ticket account when requested by customs officials. 

Note: A visa is not required for most travelers entering the Dominican Republic. 
  
Home Departure Airline Check‑In Procedure 
It is recommended that you check in at least three hours prior to your scheduled flight departure time. You are responsible for transportation to and from your local airport. 
  
Ground Transportation 
Ground transportation is provided between Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) and Paradisus Palma Real Golf & Spa Resort. The transfer time is approximately 25 minutes (16.4 km). 
  
Arrival Process in Punta Cana 
After clearing customs, proceed to baggage claim to retrieve your luggage. You may be required to send your luggage through a scanner before exiting the terminal. Upon exiting the building, look for an Amstar Representative wearing a blue polo shirt and khaki pants, holding a Toshiba logo sign. You'll be directed to your transfer vehicle. 

Please ensure your luggage is loaded onto the vehicle. 

Transportation is provided for all sponsored activities during the Toshiba President's Club trip.

Toshiba is pleased to offer you and your guest a choice of leisure activity. During registration, you may select one activity for you and your guest. Some activities have limited availability; please review details carefully before selecting.

FAQ

May I extend my stay at the hotel? 
Should you wish to extend your stay, our event concierge can assist with pre‑ and post‑stay extensions. You are responsible for all expenses outside the program dates (June 11–15, 2026). Based on availability, preferred room rates have been secured. Please contact toshibaevents@helmsbriscoe.com. 

How do I make my airline reservations? 
Air travel is booked through the registration form. You'll receive an itinerary via email and have 24 hours to confirm. 
Note: Any flight changes after booking are your responsibility. 

May I upgrade my seat or class of service? 
Upgrades may be requested in the registration notes section and are at your expense.

Will there be out‑of‑pocket costs? 
All program expenses during official dates are covered, excluding transportation to/from your home airport and personal incidental charges. 

Are tips included? 
Yes. Additional tipping is at your discretion. 

Special dietary needs? 
Please note dietary requirements during registration. 

Can I modify my registration? 
Changes may be made while registration is open, subject to availability. 

Weather in Punta Cana in June? 
Average temperatures range from the mid‑70s to high‑80s, with potential for rain.

What should I pack? 
Resort casual is always appropriate at Paradisus Palma Real Golf & Spa Resort.

Activities/Day: Refer to the Activity section for what to wear on your selected activity. Non-motorizes water sports, yoga, gym, and other activities are offered by the resort, as well as swimming and lounging by the pool and ocean.  Swimwear, sandals, hat and sunscreen are recommended.

Dinners/Evenings: Refer to the Evening Event section to help you choose the best wardrobe for each night.

During event check-in at Paradisus Palma Real Golf and Spa Resort, you will have the opportunity to choose your dinner reservation for Saturday, June 13. Dinner will be provided during the Welcome Dinner & Awards Evening. Specific restaurants will be preselected for the regional dine around on Sunday, June 14.

EVENING EVENTS

Evening resort casual dress is appropriate for all restaurants at Melia Paradisus Palma Real Golf & Spa Resort. Men should plan to wear dressier shorts, pants or nice jeans with a polo or other collared shirts. Women can choose a casual dress or pair a blouse with a nice pair of jeans, shorts, slacks, or skirt.

For breakfast and lunch resort casual is acceptable.

Welcome Cocktails & Dinner on the Beach
Enjoy welcome cocktails and a relaxed dinner on the beach, as we come together for the first time and greet our fellow President's Club winners. The evening will be warm; comfortable evening resort casual wear is perfect, and flip flops or casual shoes appropriate for the beach.

FRIDAY, JUNE 12

Elite Achiever Cocktail Hour XXXXXX
This invitation only cocktail hour will be prior to the awards dinner, dress will be resort cocktail attire. 

Awards Dinner – Bavaro VI
Tonight we celebrate your achievements, this is your night to dress up.  Resort cocktail attire is appropriate, but have fun with it and be comfortable, the after party may have you out on the dance floor! Think cocktail dress, or dressy pantsuit for women, and seasonal sport coats with dress shirt for men.  No tie required.

Afterparty – Bavaro VI
Dinner is just the beginning. Join us afterward for the afterparty!
